Antipasto Muffins

2 sheets of puff pastry

2 eggs

1/2 cup sour cream

bought mixed antipasto

Preheat oven to 180 & using spray oil, spray a 12 muffin tin.

To a bowl, combine eggs, sour cream & antipasto.

Cut rounds of pastry & place in muffin tin.

Fill with mixture & bake for 12-15 mins.

* Great for entertaining

To a large serving platter, add grissini sticks, olives, prosciutto & marinated fetta

Anyone remember the show Alice. That would have to be one of my favourite TV shows as a kid. If I am not mistaken, it used to be on7 o’clock on channel 10. It was fun and clean comedy. Let us know if you remember this show and if it was a favourite.
